An assignment for one of the world's largest multi national manufacturers to develop a range of environmental filter products for use in domestic and hospitality venues.

Each product was created from a clean sheet of paper, evaluated through marketing focus groups, designed in 3D SolidWorks and tested using fully functioning prototypes.

Designs were transferred to production in China and products are now available in the US.

Carbonated Drinks Machine

Development of a new generation of drinks machines to give the brand a lift.

Investigation into effective carbonation for the most efficient use of CO2.  Industrial design by Seymour Powell. 

Automotive Suspension and Braking

Design, development and implementation of a bespoke chassis for a racing car, still going well after 14 years.

Based on light weight twin wishbones of unequal length.  Moving parts were off the shelf bushes, coil over shocks, rod ends and bearings.
